Dress features 3/4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs, a bodice bib of cotton ticking that is trimmed in lace, button back closure, a two full skirts, and lots of ruffles at the bottom. The full underskirt is created from 100% cotton and has a wide bottom ruffle. The top skirt is trimmed with lace and a second ruffle layer of cotton ticking to match the bodice bib.
